The outer skin of this doll unzips and it can be put  into the washing machine to be washed.  The inner skin is identical to the outer skin but it is made of vinyl and can be wiped clean.  Do not submerge any of our dolls nor should they be put into the shower even though the inner skin is made of vinyl.  THERE ARE NO SEX ORGANS  on any our dolls.   However a plastic capped water bottle comes with each doll which measures 2 1/2" wide at cap x 12" long.  If you do not like our bottle size,  you can buy a bottle that has the size you like.
