Tailored made to the client's request.  We can make you a similar alteration.  We redesigned the skirt to change it from a standard straight skirt to a front cross-over opened skirt.  Skirt has a poof  pouch on the right side which extend from the skirt waist band.  The top and jacket were not altered.  This is a size 8/10 design but we can make similar alterations for any sized outfit.  We do customized designs, made to order alterations, personal shopper, recycled clothes, exotic designs,  and tailored changes.  Email us at:  clothadultdolls@hotmail.com with your request.
